About Mindful Movement

Give yourself some self love and come to a yoga class!

Yoga is an ancient art that teaches us to be present in the moment, and step out of our comfort zone. We hope to make yoga accessible for everybody, and all fitness levels, and hope that our students experience the joy that this practice brings. 

For us, yoga is not just about the benefits to your body (although these are amazing!), it's how it benefits your mind. How it makes you feel!  It's what it teaches us off the mat, that is most important.  Yoga allows us to slow down and turn our attention inwards, noticing what's serving us and what's not.  It's a beautiful journey of self-exploration and discovery, and one you will feel forever grateful to have started.
